How to Purchase

Payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard: Through Paypal- we accept Visa and Mastercard payments directly online. For security reasons, we can only ship to the address on file with the credit card company, per Paypal policies and regulations.

• All credit card charges will be in CANADIAN or US dollars. If your card is in another currency, the charge will be converted from CDN$ or US$ to your local currency by your card issuer. LoveMeDeadLolita.com has NO control over the exchange rate they will use.

• Pay-Pal: You will need a (free) Pay-Pal account. They will process the payment and notify us. See www.paypal.com for more details. Setting up an account with them only takes a couple of minutes. Process the payment to sales@lovemedeadlolita.com

• Money order, bank draft by mail: order will be processed when the money order is processed at our end. Canadian banks take up to 1 month to clear cheques from US banks. (Do NOT mail cash). When issuing us a US Dollar Draft or Money Order, please make sure to ask for an INTERNATIONAL one.

• Pick-up: Pick-ups are not available at this time.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver right away any products we have in stock. For out of stock items we will notify you of the expected delivery date.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and deliver when available. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

Guarantee and Returns Policy

We take great care when preparing orders, and produce products of the best possible quality. Exchanges will be processed on the event of delivering the wrong item, or delivering a damaged item, and only apply towards the same original item. No exchanges for different products, no cash refunds, and no refund of shipping charges. While we do our best in looking for a delivery service to match your needs, we won't accept returns due to shipments missing a deadline.

Pricing Policy

All items are hand crafted. The prices we list for our items are the lowest prices available. If you wonder why certain items cost more than others, chances are it is because of two things 1) the cost of materials (e.g. fabric from Japan) 2) the time involved (e.g. difficulty of the piece). Please bear in mind we are trying to offer the best possible prices year-round instead of limited time offers. Shipping and handling costs must also be taken into account.

All hats and crowns are shipped in sturdy boxes, however, we are not responsible for how the boxes are handled with the various mail carrier. Head bands, bags, clips and similar items are shipped in padded envelopes. Depending on the size of your order, we may have to place these items in a larger sturdy box. This will increase the cost of shipping and handling. Again, as we take care of sending items out (we want our items to be protected), we are not responsible for how the items are handled once it enters the mail carrier system.

Remember: shipping is based upon where you live, how big the item is, and how heavy the item is plus the cost of shipping materials. Do not be surprised, depending on what you are purchasing, that shipping may be equal or more than the cost of your item. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions page for related information. Please note that some couriers include a "volumetric weight" clause. This means that light but bulky items are charged based on volume instead of weight.
